Day 11
You know what my valentine’s day present was? Buttons!
Best. Gift. Ever.
So I spent the best part of four days putting them in order of colour, type, size, number of holes, and coolness. And taking photos of them.
These ones are my favourite buttons – the white flower in the middle is a really nice glass button.
Day 07

This photograph was taken at about 9:45 on the 13th of February, on the lawns of Parliament House. This was when everyone turned their backs on Brendan Nelson. If you enlarge the photo you can see him clearly on the screen. Angry faces!
It was a fantastic experience. Rudd said a good speech, but Nelson said things that were *obviously* going to cause a bad reaction.
Day 06
This portrait is scratched into a Japanese fortune-telling card. It’s like a scratchie, except you only scratch one panel out of four. And the one you scratch is your fortune for the year! Chucky’s fortune was a picture of a mouse in a princess dress… so we assume that his fortune is to be a pretty princess. So this portrait is him with his princess crown on.

Okay, I didn’t actually *do* all of this, but I did photograph it. It’s hard to see…
