I’ve been making a skirt for my mum, and finished it tonight.

I’m pretty happy with how this turned out. The worst part was the lining – sewing slippery fabric is the WORST.

Oh look! It’s another skirt. I made it a while ago but never posted it, so here it is!

It’s a circle skirt!

Just look at those buttons! Fate squeezed buttony creativity out of me by denying me a zip when I needed one. There’s a strip of lace there to hide a little gap where you can see my hip.

I think I might be a day behind but I’m not sure.
