Tuesday, Frocktober the 22nd!

Today I taught.  So I wore this Luck Be A Lady dress, which is in the “Scholar” colourway!
After school I had patternmaking class, which was lots of fun. But quite hard work!  I’m only just settling down now.
I’ve been so exhausted these past few days… it’s getting to be too much.  I don’t know what is making me so tired.  Do I try too hard when I teach? Is it emotional energy? Am I just stressed? Is it sleep problems?  Is it because I went bowling? Yes to all?
I’m going to keep trying my best every day!

Monday, Frocktober the 21st! Looong monday.

Today was a super long day.  First we had percussion ensemble before school at 7:20am.  Then I taught boys until about 1.  After lunch I had a brief nap, did a bunch of chores, and then went off to ANU to record a piece for a composer friend.  We were there until about 8:30, so we ordered a pizza to pick up on our way home.
Poor Charles worked harder than I did today – he taught right up until we had our recording (almost).  He is sooo tired right now.
This dress is – you guessed it – another Luck Be A Lady dress.  This is probably my most-worn one, it has so many colours (mostly purples, but also coral, yellow, and blue) and goes with a lot of different tights and cardigans.  Today it was cool in the morning and then got super hot and now it’s pouring with rain!  SPRING WEATHER, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN.

Sunday, Frocktober the 20th! Sunday best.

Today I went to church and then spent the rest of the day doing chores!
I have to admit, I changed out of my dress and into some daggy clothes to do chores.  I was on my hands and knees gardening!
It was overcast so we could take photos in our courtyard.  This is our lemon tree!
Oh and this dress is from Review.  I bought this to be my “going away outfit”, when I got married, but our “going away” was much more relaxed and a pretty dress like this wasn’t necessary!

And you get five pictures today!  I think tomorrow I won’t feel like it as much since I have to get up at early o’clock!
