I did my nails like a tutorial I saw on The Beauty Department. You paint sticky tape in the colours you want and then cut out strips and shapes and stick it on! Cover it all with a clear top coat and done!
I can never seem to get my nails to dry in a reasonable time. Tips?

Use Seche Vite's top coat! It dries in a minute and it will allow you to do everything without fear of smudging. It can still dent, but only if you are really jabbing it.
Alternatively, I've heard that running your nails under ice cold water helps it dry quick too.
